1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Onyx Terminal (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Onyx. You represent and warrant that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of prediction markets is prohibited by law (including, without limitation, the United States, unless operating under a valid exemption).
3. Non-Custodial Service
Onyx is a non-custodial software interface. We do not have custody, possession, or control of your digital assets at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet interactions.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading in prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Past performance involves no guarantee of future results.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
6. Access and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
